
🇬🇧With this stage we will go through the passes of Chamoussiere ((2886 m) and Vieux ( 2892 m) before going down the upper Guil valley for 15 km all the way to Abriès . Guil and Ubaye rivers both feed the Serre Poncon dam which itself feeds Durance and then Rhône rivers.

🇬🇧Very nice break at refuge d’Agnel where the guardian’ son is watching his father going down a very steep couloir across the valley

🇬🇧We go though numerous left overs from recent avalanches . Snow quality remain very good despite warmer temperatures

🇬🇧Resting day in Abries with many little equipment maintenance errands especially to prevent the tremendous snow sticking issues we faced yesterday
